However, new data shows that just over a fifth of women (21%) aged 35-44 don’t understand how their nutritional needs change during the menopause. While a further 50% confess that they don’t or didn’t know how to prepare for the menopause, two in five say they feel let down by the level of information on menopause available.

Kim Kelly meets Leading Menopause Nutritionist Emma Bardwell, author of The Perimenopause Solution, to get some tips and advice on tackling the menopause!
